  • We recommend booking in advance to ensure vehicle availability.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fran Transportation reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the originally requested vehicle is unavailable.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Be respectful to chauffeurs and follow reasonable safety instructions.
  • Not consume illegal substances inside the vehicle.
  • Not smoke or vape inside the vehicle.
  • Not damage the vehicle or its interior.
  • Ensure all passengers follow local laws and safety requirements.

Fran Transportation reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if passenger conduct creates a safety concern, damages property, or violates these Terms.

7. Liability

  • Fran Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airport delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for missed flights, events, appointments, or reservations due to such delays.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Lost and Found

  • Fran Transportation is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
  • If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to the owner.
  • Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding lost items.

9. Special Events

  • Special event bookings, including weddings, parties, corporate events, and private occasions, may require advance reservation.
  • A deposit may be required to secure certain special event bookings.
